Starts April 22, 2026 | Virtual Sacred Space
Every Wednesday at 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Cozy Cave is a live broadcast that brings you face-to-face with wellness practitioners, business coaches and consultants who are actually doing the work. No replays or outside recordings. Cozy Cave is a place to be present in the moment.
Each episode features one coach, healer, or practitioner sharing their unique approach to creativity, wellness, and transformation. Watch them present live, ask questions in real-time, and if you connect with their work, join us for a exclusive Zoom call to learn more.
Think of it as: A living, breathing directory of practitioners that you discovered through story, not sales pitches.
Here's what we believe:
1. You deserve to see who you're working with
Watching someone teach and share their approach tells you more than any website bio ever could.
2. Real transformation requires real connection
The right practitioner for you isn't necessarily the most popular one. It's the one whose approach resonates with your unique needs.
3. Transformation and wellness should feel accessible, not overwhelming
We keep it simple: one practitioner, one story, a chance to connect.
4. Diverse voices matter
We feature practitioners from varied backgrounds, traditions, and specialties because transformation isn't one-size-fits-all.
5. Learn practical skills and experience transformation exercises

Peya Robbins
Peya Robbins is an operations strategist and systems architect who helps founders fall back in love with their business by building simple, human-centered systems that actually get used. Known for sharp clarity and warm accountability (with a little humor when it helps), she turns scattered ideas and overloaded to-do lists into clear priorities and repeatable execution. She hosts Ops Office Hours and partners with clients to design operations that support real life—not just growth for growth’s sake.
Deana Fahn Johnson
Deana Fahn Johnson spent 28 years in Wisconsin science classrooms. She holds a BSE from UW-Whitewater and a master's from UW-La Crosse in Professional Development.
She calls herself a recovering educator, which is honest. Teaching changes how you think, and apparently it changes what you do next, too.
Her own breast cancer diagnosis changed everything else. Navigating recovery, she ran headfirst into a gap nobody talks about enough: the shortage of adaptive, comfortable garments for people in the thick of recuperation. That gap became You Are Supported LLC.
The work has grown since then. The more she moves through the medical system — for herself, for her parents — the clearer it gets that most people have no map for any of it. So now she's building one, combining a scientist's rigor with an educator's instinct to make patient advocacy something people can actually learn.

Abigail creates welcoming spaces where curiosity leads the way and possibilities expand.
