Traditional food wisdom, cultural practices, and intergenerational knowledge aren't "woo," they're survival strategies refined over centuries. We integrate them.
Your body is unique. UltraU helps you quickly log food, movement, mood, and patterns. Then, UltraU gives you progress snapshots and recommendations you can act on today.
There's no "good" or "bad" food here. No restrictive diets. No panic. Just clarity about what works for your body, so you can make empowered choices.
People using UltraU have discovered hidden food sensitivities, lowered their blood pressure by finding the real triggers, and reclaimed steady energy—all by seeing their own patterns clearly for the first time.

I bring a unique blend of rigorous analytical expertise and profound compassion born from personal experience.

For most of my life, I felt like a stranger to my own body. I'd look in the mirror and see someone I should recognize but beneath the surface, nothing made sense. Why did my body respond one way today and differently tomorrow? Why did foods that "should" work leave me exhausted, uncomfortable, in pain?
I searched. I read everything I could find. I tried solution after solution, each one promising clarity, each one leaving me more confused.
It's a particular kind of loneliness being disconnected from your own body. You're supposed to know yourself. You're supposed to understand the signals, trust the feedback. But what happens when those signals feel like static? When you can't see yourself clearly through the fog?
I spent years standing in that fog, reaching for answers that stayed just out of focus.
The worst part wasn't the physical discomfort. It was the searching without finding. The feeling that everyone else had figured out their bodies and I was still trying to decode mine.
And then I had a realization that changed everything.
I was a data scientist. I trained at Rice University in Statistics and Cognitive Science, earned my PhD in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon. For over 15 years, I used data to solve problems for the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, Fortune 500 companies, and national nonprofits.
I knew how to find patterns. I knew how to turn numbers into decisions. I was good at solving other people's problems.
But I was living with a gap I couldn't close: the gap between what our bodies know and what our tools measure.
Mainstream wellness collects endless data like calories, macros, steps, sleep scores but rarely turns them into compassionate, actionable guidance. And traditional wisdom, the kind passed down through generations, the kind that works gets dismissed as unscientific.
I realized we didn't need to choose between ancestral knowledge and modern data. We needed both.
That's when CoreHarmonic was born.
I've lived this. I know what it's like to feel betrayed by your own body. I know the exhaustion of searching for answers and coming up empty. I know the relief and the power of finally understanding what your body is telling you.
That's why CoreHarmonic's work has potency, power, and impact. Because it's not just data. It's your data, translated through both scientific rigor and ancestral wisdom, delivered with care.
